Refund / Return Policy

Health Professional Machines and Supplements

• Full refunds are available for supplements that are returned within 7 days of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return/refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Then, this will only be a swap or exchange, not a refund.
• Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning machines.

Cancellation Policy for Treatments or Consultations

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled treatments or consultations are eligible for a full refund.
• If cancellations occur with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% fee will be deducted as compensation.

Refund Process

• To request a refund for items you purchased, please contact us at info@lemongrasshealth.online within 7 days of purchase.
• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@lemongrasshealth.online.
• For cancellations, kindly provide notice within the specified timeframe to ensure a smooth refund process.
